Arcadia offers a specially designed program that provides residents faced with cognitive challenges such as Alzheimer’s disease or other related forms of dementia a more secure and structured program. The Open Arms Neighborhood provides residents their own apartment, an outdoor garden and walking path, family style dining, a structured schedule of activities, and is equipped with delayed egress entry and exit doors to provide an additional level of security.

Open Arms Memory Care All Inclusive:

• Administration of medication
• Hands on assistance with personal needs including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and incontinence care
• Hands on assistance with transferring in and out of bed or chair, if necessary
• Escorts to the dining room, activities, events and monitoring during mealtimes, if necessary
• Additional laundry needs as a result of incontinence care
• Additional support and assistance as a result of behavioral changes
