ABOUT US
Our Story
Arcadia Senior Living Clarksville was built on a simple belief: senior living should feel like home, celebrate individuality, and provide care with genuine heart. In 2015, our team set out to create a vibrant community where seniors could thrive—physically, emotionally, and socially—on a scenic stretch of land just minutes from Clarksville’s top churches, shops, and medical centers.
Today, Arcadia offers a seamless blend of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, delivered with honesty, compassion, and purpose. With all-inclusive pricing and a clear Level of Care Program, we’ve removed the guesswork—so residents and families can focus on what matters most: living fully and confidently in a place they’re proud to call home.

Is an assisted living community the same as a nursing home?
Arcadia Senior Living Clarksville is a licensed assisted living community, not a nursing home. While we provide help with daily activities, our setting is residential and non-clinical—focused on promoting independence, choice, and comfort. Medical care is coordinated through external healthcare providers as needed.
Do I have to share a living unit (i.e., apartment) with another client?
No. Each resident enjoys their own private apartment. Couples or companions may choose to share a unit if preferred.
Do I have to sign any legal papers?
Yes. Residents (or their representatives) will sign a month-to-month lease agreement outlining services, terms, and community policies. This ensures clarity and mutual understanding from the start.
Will you provide me with transportation to my doctor, hairdresser, etc.?
Yes. We offer scheduled transportation for doctor visits, shopping trips, personal outings, and group activities. Just let our team know, and we’ll help coordinate.
Can I bring furniture and furnishings for my living unit?
Absolutely. We encourage residents to furnish their apartments with personal items—furniture, artwork, keepsakes—to make the space feel truly like home.
What determines the cost of living in an assisted living community?
Your monthly cost is based on:
- The size and layout of your apartment
- The level of care or support needed
- Any optional services or upgrades you select
We offer a transparent, all-inclusive pricing model—with no large buy-in fees—so you can plan ahead with confidence.
Are the assisted living community employees required to be trained?
Yes. Resident safety is a top priority. All team members undergo training and a comprehensive criminal background check before employment.
Do you conduct criminal records checks on your employees?
Typically, Medicare and Medicaid do not cover room and board in assisted living communities. However, some medical services from external providers may be covered. Our team can help you explore your options based on your individual benefits.
Does Medicare or Medicaid pay for assisted living services?
Typically, Medicare and Medicaid do not cover room and board in assisted living communities. However, some medical services from external providers may be covered. Our team can help you explore your options based on your individual benefits.
Do long term care insurance policies pay for services in assisted living communities?
